This looks like a very good move for Microsoft to try to scoop up Yahoo for a hefty 44.6 Billion Dollars which will put the software giant in line to compete even more with search engine giant Google. Yahoo has been struggling to increase it’s profit and has consistently been losing ground for some time. This deal if it goes through will be very interesting. Yahoo reports that it is carefully considering this offer.
